Engineer III, Systems Reliability Engineering

Provide technical leadership and coordinate complex production investigations for Product Creation and Master Data operations across multiple platforms including FlexPLM, DaVinci, Infor Nexus, and MDM services.

Translate service-level objectives into monitoring and data integrity checks, identify capacity constraints, and recommend priorities to management.

Develop and improve Agentic AI workflows for triage and investigation; maintain operational documentation; coordinate knowledge transfer and incident management across regional teams.

4+ years of experience in IT production support, application operations, platform engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering with technical leadership experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

Experience supporting PLM, MDM, enterprise data, integration platforms, or comparable business-critical applications.

Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, queues, batch processing, file feeds, data controls, and related dependencies.

Experienced technical leader capable of mentoring junior engineers and coordinating multi-regional teams.

Proficient in root cause analysis, ITSM practices, automation, and applying human oversight to AI-driven operational workflows.

Comfortable working with complex enterprise systems involving integration platforms and data reliability improvements.
