Minimum Requirements
12+ years of relevant experience in Applications Development or systems analysis role, with at least 10+ years of commercial Java development experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical subject; Master’s degree preferred.
Strong proficiency in core Java (Java17+), middleware technologies, Unix/Linux scripting, Oracle and NoSQL databases.
Experience with SpringBoot, cloud native technologies, messaging middleware (Solace), low latency programming, Python/Groovy scripting preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior-level individual contributor with ability to manage priorities and deliver deadlines in a structured, large collaborative environment.
Experience working on mission-critical distributed systems within financial services, preferably with FX domain knowledge.
Strong software engineering discipline with proven ability to produce low defect code and familiarity with modern DevOps tools (CI/CD, cloud deployments).
