Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending).
Act as primary resource for Workday reporting requests, translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions with stakeholder collaboration.
Create and manage a centralized repository of reports and establish reporting best practices for consistency, usability, and data integrity.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of hands-on Workday reporting experience with expertise in report development and maintenance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent).
Advanced proficiency in Workday Reporting and Dashboard configuration including calculated fields and report prompts.
Strong understanding of Workday security impact on report design and deployment; Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in partnering with HR, People Analytics, COEs, and business stakeholders throughout full report development lifecycle.
Skilled at troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and implementing updates in Workday reports reflecting changing business needs.
Familiar with reporting automation opportunities and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (preferred but not mandatory).
