Deliver deployment, integration, commissioning, and upgrade activities for IP/MPLS and Optical networks.
Create and maintain technical documentation including LLD, NDD, DCN designs, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
Execute network migration and modernization with minimal customer impact and troubleshoot related IP, Optical, hardware, software, and NMS issues.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in IP, Optical, Telecom, or Network Engineering.
Knowledge of DWDM, OTN, SDH, Long-Haul and Metro Optical networks, DCN, OSPF, ISIS, BGP, and Network Management Systems.
Experience with network deployment, commissioning, upgrades, migrations, and hands-on troubleshooting with telecom/networking equipment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in translating high-level designs into detailed implementation in IP/MPLS and Optical network environments.
Capable of performing service validation, acceptance testing, and RCA activities independently or with cross-functional teams.
Has background in identifying automation and network optimization opportunities, with familiarity in Python and automation tools as a plus.
