Regional Data Center Program Manager

Own end-to-end mobilisation and onboarding of new data centre capacity across the APAC region, managing plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness criteria.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Center Operations, engineering, construction, networking, vendors to ensure safe, predictable, and scalable programme execution.

Establish programme governance and visibility on schedule, risks, issues, and drive recovery actions while aligning stakeholders in a matrix environment.

Minimum 3+ years experience in project or programme management in infrastructure, data centre, cloud, or critical environment programmes.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Ability to work with geographically distributed teams and travel up to 25% as required.

Experience delivering complex cross-functional infrastructure or data centre programmes with demonstrated risk mitigation and stakeholder management skills.

Experienced in leading large-scale hyperscale data centre mobilisation or onboarding programmes across multiple regions/sites.

Strong at programme governance, cross-functional coordination, and driving accountability without direct authority across engineering, operations, and vendors.

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments managing multiple concurrent priorities with structured programme tracking and reporting.
