Continuous Improvement Regional Lead

Lead governance and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives within a Shared Business Service Regional Center, ensuring achievement of intended outcomes using appropriate methodologies.

Develop and communicate local continuous improvement action plans aligned with regional and organizational strategy, motivating Mini-Business Teams to achieve business goals.

Oversee risk assessment, feasibility studies, and post-implementation analyses to evaluate business benefits and share continuous improvement progress with senior leadership.

Bachelor's Degree required.

Minimum 5 years experience in process optimization, operations, or business management plus 8 years in consulting or project management.

Proficiency with continuous improvement disciplines such as Lean, Agile, Kanban, and Six Sigma fundamentals.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in consulting/project management and 5 years in process optimization or operations.

Experienced in applying varied continuous improvement methodologies to complex business support challenges in regional or multi-team environments.

Capable of managing multiple priorities and communicating clearly in English to diverse stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to drive process transformation initiatives in a dynamic, busy environment.
