Product Manager - Enterprise Processes

Own product-led transformation for end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, defining roadmaps and success metrics for enterprise products and initiatives.

Manage enterprise processes as products by defining customer/business value, prioritizing high-impact problems, and coordinating cross-functional teams to improve measurable business outcomes.

Create and maintain end-to-end process visibility using process mining tools to identify root causes, performance gaps, and report clear, evidence-based process health and intervention needs to senior leaders.

5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban project management methodologies.

Experience with enterprise software platforms such as ERP, Finance, SCM systems and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Experienced in managing complex product and data transformation initiatives involving O2C and R2R enterprise processes.

Strong technical knowledge of enterprise application architecture, process mining tools, analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau), and AI/Robotic Process Automation technologies.

Able to independently drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver measurable improvements in process performance and business outcomes.
