Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team building and operating Walmart’s enterprise builder experience and CI/CD platforms.

Drive improvements in developer productivity, platform reliability, and operational efficiency while managing dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
15+ years of software engineering experience including at least 3 years of people-management experience.
Strong expertise in Java/J2EE, cloud-native software development, distributed systems, software architecture, databases, and messaging technologies.
Location: This role is based in Bangalore, India for day-to-day work (onsite).

Experienced leader of engineering teams focused on developer platforms, CI/CD, or platform engineering in large-scale enterprise environments.
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, large-scale cross-team programs with strong stakeholder management.
