Experience with BPM tools (JBPM, RHPAM) and understanding of cloud technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of Applications Development with leadership and project management experience.
Strong ability to analyze complex systems integrating architecture, infrastructure, and business goals.
Experience managing and implementing successful projects with clear communication and risk management skills.
