Finance Controller- Assistant Vice President

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting ensuring audit readiness.

Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, cash flow monitoring, and working capital management.

Develop and document financial policies, internal controls, coordinate audits, ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP/local statutory requirements, and lead finance transformation initiatives including automation and ERP upgrades.

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or ACCA with strong academic background in accounting and finance.

5-7 years progressive experience in accounting, finance controllership, reporting, and compliance.

Strong understanding of IFRS (preferred) and/or Ind AS; hands-on experience in audits, taxation, and regulatory reporting.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and exposure to ERP systems like Workday, SAP, or Oracle.

Experienced finance professional capable of managing large datasets and complex financial reporting within fast-growing organizations.

Comfortable driving finance process improvements and automation initiatives using ERP and data tools.

Skilled in leading audit readiness, compliance, and regulatory reporting in cross-jurisdictional environments adhering to IFRS/US GAAP.
