Manage end-to-end implementation of Google Security Operations platform (SIEM + SOAR) to improve threat detection and automate incident response.
Design log ingestion pipelines and custom parsers to support security monitoring.
Develop and tune YARA-L detection rules, build automated SOAR incident response playbooks, and perform proactive threat hunting and forensic investigations.
Minimum Requirements
At least 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity operations.
Experience with Google SecOps including SIEM/SOAR (specifically Chronicle).
Proficiency in YARA-L rule development and Security Automation/Orchestration with API integration.
Bachelor's degree in technology (BTech) mandatory; MBA preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong hands-on expertise in managing Google Security Operations platform and developing custom detection rules and automation.
Experience in threat hunting and forensic investigations within cybersecurity environments, preferably using Google Threat Intelligence.
Demonstrates ability to design and automate incident response playbooks to reduce mean time to respond (MTTR).
