15+ years of experience in software development with a track record of successful software projects.
5+ years of experience in software development within medical device or regulated industries with knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams of 15+ members, with project management skills in a matrix organization.

Experienced in technical management within fast-paced R&D environments, especially in medical device or regulated industries.
Strong blend of people management and technical expertise with ability to mentor, coach, and grow engineers.
Proficient with software development lifecycle best practices, including Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), CI/CD pipelines, TDD, and risk management techniques relevant to software in regulated settings.
