12+ years of experience in Java and the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data/JPA, Spring Security).
10+ years of experience with microservices and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka or similar messaging platforms).
8+ years of experience with cloud-native architectures, containers, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and database technologies (relational and NoSQL).
Experience leading cross-team technical plans and defining engineering standards and architectural roadmaps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader capable of driving architecture and modernization across distributed, scalable CRM platforms.
Strong background in integrating AI/automation into engineering workflows and platform improvements.
Proven ability to mentor senior engineers and influence multiple engineering squads while managing cross-team dependencies.
