Provide first and second line support for Oracle Cloud ERP Finance and other modules within a global managed services environment.
Own incident and service request tickets lifecycle, ensuring prioritization, triage, resolution or escalation within ITSM tools and ITIL processes.
Conduct routine system administration tasks and contribute to knowledge base and service improvement initiatives, including support for release testing and defect logging.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 3 years experience in application support or service desk role (preferred).
Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud modules including Financials (e.g., General Ledger, AP, AR, Cash Management, PPM).
Familiarity with ITSM tools and ITIL concepts like incident management and SLAs.
Willingness to work flexible shifts including late hours aligning with UK time zone.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational support with hands-on exposure to Oracle Cloud ERP Finance and related modules.
Comfortable managing multiple tickets using ITSM tools under ITIL guidelines in a shift-based, global team environment.
Able to balance routine admin tasks, user support, and collaboration for continuous service improvement and release support.
