Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in software engineering, verification, validation, or safety certification.
Strong expertise in DO-178C certification processes, requirements traceability, and audit support.
Hands-on experience with embedded software development including C/Embedded C and tools such as LDRA, Polarion, DOORS, Git, Jira, Linux, and Python.
Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading safety-critical software certification programs in Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, Medical, or Automotive domains.
Comfortable working with global or distributed engineering teams and managing stakeholder communication effectively.
Strong proficiency in embedded software lifecycle and DO-178C standards with a demonstrated track record in compliance and process improvement initiatives.
