About This Role

Develop high quality Java code for new features using Spring Boot and REST APIs.

Ensure proper test coverage, including JUnit tests.

Develop independent software capabilities within specified timelines following industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements

2-4 years work experience in Java development (inferred from title).

Proficient hands-on experience with Java 8+ (Java 8, 17, or 21).

Good knowledge of Spring Boot framework and REST API development.

Work schedule involves normal business hours with some overlap with UK business hours.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Technically skilled developer comfortable working with minimal supervision and interpreting technical specifications.

Experience or interest in Fintech/Payments domain is a plus.

Familiarity or willingness to upskill on modern technologies such as SAFe, Cloud technologies, Terraform, Jenkins CI/CD, AngularJS, ReactJS, or Kotlin.
