Execute daily finance and operational processes as per SOPs, including data validation, reconciliation, report generation, and distribution to US and UK stakeholders.
Use reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI), run SQL queries, and work with databases for data extraction, validation, and supporting business reporting requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and standardization opportunities using tools such as Power Automate, VBA/Macros, SQL, or Python.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in Business Process Services (BPS), Shared Services, or Finance Operations environment.
Experience with SOP-driven operational processes and reporting activities involving data validation, reconciliation, and operational controls.
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, Power Query), Tableau or Power BI, and SQL queries.
Knowledge of automation tools such as Power Automate, VBA/Macros, or Python is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in supporting finance operations with strong operational execution and stakeholder management with US and UK teams.
Comfortable working hands-on with multiple reporting systems, queries, and automation tools to deliver accurate and timely data and reports.
Capable of process documentation, continuous improvement initiatives, and adapting to changing priorities in an SOP-driven environment.
