Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced Excel, SQL, Power Query, and Power Pivot to extract actionable insights and trends.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI and Visier tailored to stakeholder requirements to communicate key metrics effectively.
Design and implement data models and ETL processes to support analytics initiatives, monitor performance, and suggest efficiency improvements.
Minimum Requirements
4-6 years of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables), SQL, Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Visier.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Workday Reporting is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced data analyst skilled in advanced Microsoft data tools and BI platforms, capable of handling complex datasets and data modeling.
Able to communicate technical data concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to deliver accurate, high-quality, and actionable business insights aligned with strategic goals.
