Sr Manager Software Engineering

Lead and manage software teams to design, build, deliver, and maintain GridOS Platform and Shared Services software products supporting energy grid management.

Own full software lifecycle including requirement analysis, implementation, and agile delivery of complex Data Mesh features using modern technologies and methodologies.

Contribute to strategic planning, resource development, and present leadership updates to executives and customers to enable energy transition with scalable, high-quality platform software.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM with minimum 12 years of relevant experience.

At least 5 years of experience as a people manager leading software development teams.

Strong Data Engineering expertise with experience in agile development practices for large teams.

Willingness to travel to key sites; experience in Power Systems domain is a plus but not mandatory.

Experienced leader capable of managing cross-functional, global software teams delivering platform-level distributed data systems.

Strong technical background in Data Engineering, distributed systems, Data Mesh, and scalable web applications with familiarity of Java/.NET and containerized microservices.

Strategic thinker who effectively aligns stakeholders, drives agile processes, and navigates matrixed organizations to meet project goals and continuous improvements.
