Senior Manager DevOps Engineering

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary DevOps/platform engineering team accountable for strategy, design, delivery, and operational maturity of secure cloud platforms supporting Claims Global Claims Operations.

Own and execute standardized CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, cloud governance, observability, reliability, and DevSecOps practices to enhance developer velocity, resilience, and compliance for regulated healthcare workloads.

Drive measurable improvements in deployment frequency, service availability, cloud cost efficiency, operational readiness, and developer experience with strong stakeholder alignment and predictable roadmap execution.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

12+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering.

5+ years of people leadership experience managing engineers and senior technical leads with delivery accountability.

5+ years hands-on experience designing and operating AWS cloud solutions in enterprise environments; demonstrated experience with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), DevSecOps, and Kubernetes/EKS.

Experienced leader capable of translating business priorities into executable platform engineering roadmaps with measurable outcomes in regulated enterprise environments.

Strong technical judgment and operational ownership over cloud-native platform strategy encompassing security, reliability, governance, and cost optimization on AWS.

Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and executive communication managing multiple stakeholders including architecture, security, product, and compliance teams.
