Staff AI Engineer

Design, develop, and implement AI/ML and generative AI solutions to improve business process efficiency and decision-making across industrial and operational domains.

Own the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle including dataset construction, model evaluation, deployment, integration, and monitoring for performance and maintainability.

Collaborate with domain experts and cross-functional teams to define technical architectures and technical requirements, manage external/internal partners, and ensure sustainable AI solution delivery aligned with business goals.

Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.

Overall work experience: 8+ years, including 2 to 4 years professional experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or comparable technical roles.

Technical expertise in Python or C++, experience with ML/DL frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch, familiarity with time-series analysis, optimization, GenAI stacks, and cloud services (Azure/AWS).

Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in industrial or complex operational environments preferred; relocation assistance available.

Experienced AI engineer capable of translating complex business and operational challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions with strong technical ownership.

Practitioner with a broad AI/ML toolkit including classical ML, deep learning, generative AI, and practical deployment skills in production environments with MLOps understanding.

Comfortable operating in regulated, industrial, or technical domains, capable of multi-disciplinary collaboration and guiding AI initiatives through technical partner management and solution lifecycle responsibilities.
