Manage and maintain enterprise-level Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) processes and tools, including system configuration, user management, data integrity, reporting, and technical support.
Implement and oversee SPM workflows and governance to ensure accurate prioritization, tracking, and analysis of IT strategic initiatives and resources.
Provide training, address user queries, conduct UAT/regression testing, and collaborate on system updates to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
2 to 4 years of progressive technology experience administering strategic portfolio management tools at an enterprise level.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies; certifications such as Scrum/Agile or PMP preferred.
Expertise with Strategic Portfolio Management software (e.g., Planview, ServiceNow) preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, visualization tools, and technical skills in database management, system integration, and troubleshooting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating within complex IT environments managing enterprise SPM systems, capable of coordinating across multiple PMO teams.
Skilled at configuring and managing portfolio management workflows with a strategic mindset to analyze portfolio data and support senior management decision-making.
Ability to provide effective user training and support, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive adoption of SPM tools in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
