Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered enterprise solutions integrating Glean, RPA, APIs, and automation platforms to automate business and IT processes.
Own end-to-end delivery of Hyperautomation & AI solutions including setup, production rollout, troubleshooting, and optimization ensuring performance, compliance, and reliability.
Collaborate with automation teams to integrate AI capabilities with RPA tools and data platforms to drive enterprise-wide automation and decision-execution workflows.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of professional experience; Advanced Degree with at least 2 years in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages; solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, authentication/authorization.
Proven experience working in enterprise IT environments with security and compliance constraints.
Technical expertise with Hyperautomation & AI technologies including AI, RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), Databricks, Snowflake, cloud computing, and practical experience with Glean platform components.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technologist with demonstrated ability to design and implement complex AI and automation solutions in large enterprise settings.
Skilled in integrating AI-powered search, prompt engineering, and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) with automation workflows to drive measurable process efficiencies.
Capable of translating complex technical AI concepts into actionable business value and communicating effectively with non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
