SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR, TECHNOLOGY OPERATIONS-1

Manage daily mainframe control room operations including batch job monitoring, incident management, and executing operational procedures to maintain system stability.

Monitor system health using tools like Chronos and handle escalations to meet SLAs for critical business processes.

Support data center operations and provide timely customer support via multiple communication channels while maintaining accurate incident documentation.

1-3 years of experience in technology operations, control room, or system administration.

Basic knowledge of mainframe environments (z/OS) and batch processing concepts.

Experience with job scheduling tools such as Control-M and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

Ability to work in a 24x7 shift-based operational environment.

Experience working in high-availability, fast-paced mainframe operational or data center environments with shift rotations.

Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting mainframe batch jobs and system logs, following established SOPs for incident escalation.

Familiarity with collaborating via multiple platforms (Zoom, Teams, Slack) and coordinating across geographically distributed teams.
