Own the design, build, and automation of infrastructure primarily on AWS and also Azure using Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
Manage complex hybrid cloud environments including Kubernetes, Docker, middleware (WebLogic, Tomcat, MQ), and on-premise server concepts such as VMware.
Ensure deployment pipelines and release automation leveraging Jenkins, GitHub, shell scripting, and release tools (XLD/XLR) are robust and efficient.
Minimum Requirements
6-9 years of relevant work experience in AWS cloud and DevOps engineering.
Extensive experience with AWS PaaS capabilities and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and on-prem server virtualization (VMware).
Advanced skills with Jenkins, GitHub, Linux commands, hybrid cloud networking concepts, and middleware products (WebLogic, Tomcat, MQ).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with building and managing scalable infrastructure that includes Kubernetes (Open Source), messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ), databases (Cassandra, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and AWS services (S3, EKS, Lambda, REDIS).
Demonstrates operational ownership in automating infrastructure builds and deployments, ideally with SSL certificate management and code deployment validations.
Skilled in debugging, analysis, and integrating monitoring/logging tools like ELK and Kibana within cloud environments.
