Lead the integration implementation lifecycle, including planning, architecture, design, build, conversion, testing, go-live, and post-production support for HCM or Financials projects.
Collaborate with internal and client teams to manage technical workstreams and ensure successful delivery of integration solutions.
Contribute to estimating, implementation planning, project management, and the professional development of staff in both technical and project management areas.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 4 years of consulting experience with at least 3 HCM or Financials implementations involvement across multiple phases.
Must have HCM/Financials integration lead experience.
Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or financial discipline or equivalent work experience.
Willingness and ability to travel as needed, and work extended hours when necessary.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with Workday Integration technologies such as Studio, EIB, Web Services (REST/SOAP), XML, XSLT, and Workday Cloud Connect, preferably with current Workday Integration and Studio certification.
Skilled in managing multiple projects, demonstrating strong communication, collaboration, and client relationship-building abilities.
Able to train and mentor staff, with demonstrated capabilities in project management and technical leadership in consulting environments.
