Lead AMS transformation initiatives focusing on automation, AI-assisted incident resolution, and application performance analytics to reduce incident volumes and improve service efficiency.
Handle application transitions, stakeholder communication, service governance, and coordinate with multi-vendor teams across global AMS delivery models.
Minimum Requirements
8–15 years of relevant IT experience in Application Managed Services, Application Support, IT Operations, or IT Service Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Experience in large enterprise, GSI, or multi-vendor environment AMS engagements.
Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices and experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC noted as desirable but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing heterogeneous enterprise application landscapes including SAP, Oracle, and custom applications for AMS delivery.
Proven skills in AMS transformation examples: automation, AIOps, GenAI-powered support, and cloud AMS deployments.
Comfortable engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders across global teams and driving large-scale application transitions and continuous improvement.
