Senior Strategic Event Consultant, Solution Builder

Manage and implement event requirements for Cvent’s Enterprise clients independently, covering the entire event lifecycle.

Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams (Sales, Creative, Technology, Product) to deliver client solutions including event registration websites, attendee hubs, and event apps.

Drive platform adoption, up-sell accounts, enhance project efficiency using AI and automation resources, and mentor new team members.

Minimum 6 years of overall work experience.

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) and knowledge of project management including scope, risk, and time management.

Experience with client servicing, ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with AI tools for client product adoption and operational efficiency; HTML knowledge is a plus.

Experienced in managing complex event technology or software implementation projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Familiar with leveraging AI tools to enhance process efficiency and client engagement.

Comfortable working independently with a strong focus on client satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration in a technology-driven environment.
