Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Organizational Management, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of hands-on project management experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
PMP Certification is highly preferred; candidates without it will be given lowest priority.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in both waterfall and agile project management frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
Strong leadership skills demonstrated by conflict resolution and stakeholder management in dynamic project environments.
Comfortable operating in cross-departmental teams and communicating effectively across multiple levels including senior leadership.
