Collaborate with Service, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to analyze current processes, identify improvements, and define future-state workflows.
Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria supporting digital, data, and automation initiatives.
Manage project delivery including UAT facilitation, change adoption, backlog prioritization, and tracking measurable business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business or related discipline with relevant experience in Business Analysis or Digital Transformation.
Strong skills in business analysis and process improvement with ability to link business problems to technology solutions.
Exposure to Data/Analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL; familiarity with Automation/RPA and ERP systems like SAP/JD Edwards is advantageous.
Experience working with Global CoEs, ETO teams, technology partners, or vendors; understanding of Agile, SDLC, UAT, and change/release processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in partnering across Service Operations, Supply Chain, or Commercial Operations functions for process transformation.
Capable of independently driving initiatives from discovery through implementation and adoption in agile environments.
Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders including global teams, vendors, and internal IT for integrated project delivery.
