Build and maintain a scalable multi-cloud platform integrating AWS, GCP, and Azure to support PayPal's public cloud adoption and migration from on-premises.
Design and lead network architecture including load balancers, GSLB, CDN, hybrid connectivity, and backbone networks for both on-premises and cloud environments.
Manage incident ownership, network capacity, compliance with security standards, and provide mentorship and guidance to global engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
4-8 years experience developing large scale enterprise applications with frontend and backend expertise.
Proficiency in frontend development with JavaScript/React and backend REST API development using Golang.
Experience with cloud native services (AWS, GCP, Azure), infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), and container orchestration (Google Kubernetes Engine).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. Work Experience Required: 4-8 years specified in JD.

Technically strong with hands-on development skills in frontend and backend, capable of delivering clean, reusable code and quality solutions on schedule.
Experienced in multi-cloud environments and infrastructure automation, comfortable managing complex network architectures and cross-team collaboration.
