Minimum Requirements
0-12 months experience specifically in US IT Staffing recruitment (no sales, marketing, or general HR).
Expertise in recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, and EAD visa holders.
Familiarity with W2 and C2C employment models.
Proficient using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working independently in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment during 4 PM to 9 PM IST shift.
Strong communication and candidate negotiation skills focused on US IT staffing requirements.
Comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including lead generation and interview coordination in international staffing contexts.
