0-12 months experience specifically in US IT staffing recruitment (excluding sales, marketing, or HR roles).
Hands-on experience in full recruitment lifecycle and candidate screening.
Familiarity with W2 and C2C employment models.
Shift timing: 4 PM to 9 PM IST; office located in Hyderabad.
