Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment process for staffing including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate communication.
Recruit US candidates holding Citizens, Green Cards, EAD with knowledge of W2 & C2C contracts.
Maintain candidate database and negotiate rates with candidates as part of recruitment process.
Minimum Requirements
0-12 months experience specifically in US IT Staffing recruiting (excluding sales, marketing, HR roles).
Expertise in recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, and EAD holders.
Experience using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and LinkedIn for sourcing candidates.
Work location: Hyderabad office; Shift timing: 4 PM to 9 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Strong communication skills and proven ability to negotiate rates with candidates.
Familiarity with US staffing contracts like W2 and C2C and end-to-end recruitment ownership in IT domain.
