Lead generation focused on sourcing qualified IT staffing leads from platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, and other US/UK/Canada portals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment including posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a resume database for current and future hiring needs.
Minimum Requirements
0-12 months of experience specifically in US IT Staffing recruiting (excluding sales, marketing, or HR roles).
Expertise recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, and EAD holders.
Proficient with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and social networking via LinkedIn.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently; shift timing is 4 PM to 9 PM IST, located in Hyderabad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating in fast-paced US IT staffing environment with active sourcing and candidate pipeline management.
Comfortable handling end-to-end recruitment workflows with strong negotiation skills for W2 & C2C contracts.
Skilled at multi-tasking between candidate screening, interview coordination, and database management using multiple sourcing channels.
