0-12 months of hands-on recruiting experience specifically in US IT staffing, excluding sales, marketing, or HR roles.
Expertise in recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, and EAD (Employment Authorization Document) candidates.
Proficient with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and social networks like LinkedIn.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidate comfortable working in a US-focused staffing context handling W2 and C2C contracts.
Experienced in candidate screening as per required skill sets and capable of negotiation on rates.
Able to work in a part-time evening shift (4 PM - 9 PM IST) aligning with US business hours and coordinate recruitment processes efficiently.
