US IT Recruiter (US Staffing) - Part Time (4 PM - 9 PM IST)

Lead generation and candidate sourcing using platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Naukri, focusing on US, UK, and Canada IT staffing markets.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate communication.

Build and maintain a resume database for future hiring needs and coordinate interview feedback with candidates and hiring panels.

0-12 months experience specifically in US IT staffing recruitment (excluding sales, marketing, or HR roles).

Proficient using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and social networks (LinkedIn) for sourcing candidates.

Experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, and EAD holders; knowledge of W2 and C2C.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently; Must be available for 4 PM to 9 PM IST shift; Hyderabad office location.

Experience in high-volume IT recruitment focusing on US staffing with an ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Strong negotiation skills with candidates on rates, and adept at managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.

Comfortable using multiple sourcing channels and building talent pipelines for immediate and future requirements.
