Educational qualification: B.COM, M.Com, B.SC, B.A., B.Tech., BCA, or MBA.
Working knowledge of SAP GTS, Power BI, AI tools, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Experience handling global operations is essential.

Strong coordination and communication skills to handle stakeholder queries and serve as first escalation point.
