Develop, test, and optimize AI prompts, workflows, and pipelines for integration with corporate applications via REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and secure connectors.
Manage AI platform administration including upgrades, security configurations, incident resolution, documentation, and project leadership.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
4–6 years IT experience or 6–8 years equivalent experience supporting enterprise applications/AI systems.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude Workflows, and Azure AI Foundry.
Proficiency with AI platform integration technologies such as REST APIs, Azure Container Apps, and scripting languages (Python, TypeScript).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in enterprise AI solution architecture with strong knowledge of LLM architecture, prompt engineering, AI safety, and model evaluation.
Ability to lead AI platform projects end-to-end including upgrades, security, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Familiarity with integrating AI systems with enterprise applications like Workday, Salesforce, and automation using Azure Integration Services or similar platforms.
