Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years of SQL development experience and 2 years of Delphi programming experience.
Experience with .NET Core, microservices architecture, REST APIs, and Azure cloud development mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Math, Finance or equivalent preferred; High School Diploma minimum.
Preferred experience in AI integration including LLM systems, event-driven and distributed systems; healthcare or revenue cycle management domain experience preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Senior-level individual contributor capable of leading Delphi and .NET Core based software projects within AI and microservices environments.
Experienced with integrating AI services and deploying containerized solutions in distributed systems.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams focusing on scalable, maintainable, and compliant healthcare-related software solutions.
