Own and lead operations and administration of enterprise data platforms across Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure ensuring security, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Define and implement standards and automation for observability, monitoring, integration, ETL/ELT pipelines, governance, data quality, and incident management across the data platform landscape.
Manage and develop the platform engineering team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform roadmap with enterprise analytics, AI, and business priorities.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years in data engineering or platform engineering with at least 4 years in engineering team management.
Hands-on experience administering Databricks and Snowflake environments including Unity Catalog, workspace/cluster management, and governance controls.
Strong experience with cloud platforms, primarily Microsoft Azure; knowledge of CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar), and automation is mandatory.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years relevant experience with 4+ years in management.
