Minimum Requirements
10-12 years experience in Digital Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Electronics and Communication.
Experience with Building Automation, Energy Management, Smart Buildings, IoT, HVAC, analytics, AI, or industrial digital platforms.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, product lifecycle management, and enterprise SaaS/cloud/IoT product management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex, global, cross-functional product teams and stakeholder communications.
Technical understanding of digital ecosystems including APIs, integrations, data platforms, AI/ML, analytics, or automation technologies.
Proven ability to translate customer insights into product innovations that balance technical feasibility and business value.
