Develop core components of Fidelity’s Enterprise AI Platform to enable secure, governed, and scalable AI usage across business teams.
Design and implement platform features, reusable components, and APIs supporting high-quality AI development including integration of new capabilities like RAG pipelines and observability tools.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and governance to ensure reliability, compliance, documentation, automation, and improved developer experience on the AI platform.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in technology engineering, application support, platform operations, or related technical discipline.
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud operations and DevOps.
Proficient with production support processes including incident, problem, change, and release management.
Familiarity with APIs, cloud applications, monitoring, observability, scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong operational focus demonstrated by experience in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis within enterprise or cloud environments.
Comfortable working across engineering, architecture, and governance teams to deliver reliable and compliant AI platform solutions.
Exposure to AI, machine learning, or LLM technologies useful but not mandatory; candidate should be able to quickly learn and apply new AI platform concepts.
