Own engineering and operational responsibilities for Microsoft Entra ID identity and access management across multiple Microsoft 365 tenants supporting approx. 10,000 external contractors.
Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-aligned Conditional Access, MFA, privileged access, and identity governance controls.
Support identity lifecycle, tenant migrations (including Google Workspace to Microsoft 365), monitoring, automation, documentation, and operational support within formal governance frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience engineering and administering Microsoft Entra ID in a large or complex environment.
Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, identity governance, privileged identity management, and associated protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
PowerShell proficiency required; Microsoft Graph experience strongly desired.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing identity services for large or externally facing Microsoft 365 tenants, preferably with contractor populations.
Familiar with formal change, incident, and security governance processes applicable in distributed environments.
Capable of supporting migration projects, identity source-of-truth design, and integration of multiple identity platforms including Google Workspace to Microsoft 365.
