Minimum Requirements
Technical/Engineering degree mandatory.
5-8 years relevant experience in network engineering or related field.
Experience with transmission network planning, solution engineering, and capacity management required.
Knowledge of DWDM, SLTE, OTN, and Ethernet technologies mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in operational roles directly impacting day-to-day platform planning and network operations.
Skilled in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including Product, Sales, and Vendor partners for transmission projects.
Proficient in strategic transmission projects involving network modernization, technical feasibility studies, and new technology introduction.
