Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
Proven experience leading small to medium initiatives in a global context at Project, Squad, or Product level.
Expertise in Salesforce development technologies (Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components) and software delivery tools (Git, APIs, automation scripting).
Experience working in regulated environments with knowledge of GxP, ICFR, secure software development, and software quality management tools (Salesforce Code Analyzer, PMD, SonarQube).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to handle ambiguous or undefined ownership areas and drive strategic Salesforce-focused projects.
Strong full-stack Salesforce ecosystem knowledge including Sales, Service, Experience Cloud & satellite systems to align technical efforts with organizational goals.
Experienced in mentoring, coaching, and collaborating within internationally distributed teams while effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders.
