Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience as a Mainframe Developer with strong banking domain knowledge.
Proficient in COBOL, DB2, JCL, CA7 Scheduler, Endevor, SQL, and CICS.
Experience with mainframe batch processing and production support.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years in mainframe development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in COBOL mainframe development within banking environments, familiar with regulatory and security standards.
Able to collaborate effectively with business analysts, QA, and technology teams for integration and deployment.
Exposure to mainframe modernization initiatives (replatforming, refactoring, API enablement) and integration with distributed or cloud systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
