Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering; platform/vendor certifications (e.g., ServiceNow, cloud platform, API management) strongly recommended.
Minimum 8+ years in software, systems, or integration engineering with demonstrated people leadership experience.
Hands-on experience with design and administration of API/integration platforms such as ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato or Azure Integration Services.
Full-time, in-office position in Chennai; candidate must have availability to overlap US business hours (evening IST) for collaboration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience building or scaling a team from scratch within a Global Capability Center (GCC) or similar environment in India, including contract-to-hire workforce management.
Strong expertise in API contract design, data mapping, authentication patterns, and integration ownership boundaries, particularly with PSA ecosystem tools (e.g., ConnectWise).
Daily practical use of AI-assisted engineering tools for coding, documentation, testing, and project management aligned with AI-DLC principles.
