Own end-to-end delivery of Citi's Operating Model AI (OMAI) platform capabilities, collaborating across Business, Technology, Data, AI, and Risk teams.
Translate strategic business objectives into actionable product requirements, manage and prioritize the product backlog, and drive Agile execution to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Lead coordination and communication with stakeholders, ensuring alignment, managing risks, and supporting testing and continuous improvement of platform functionality.
Minimum Requirements
6-10 years experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related Technology roles.
5+ years experience defining and managing product backlogs, Epics, User Stories with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Bachelor’s or University degree preferred.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in Technology, Data, QA, Operations, and Business domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex product lifecycles in Agile environments prioritizing business and technology balance.
Strong stakeholder management skills demonstrated by influencing outcomes and building consensus across diverse teams.
Domain exposure or experience preferred in Financial Services, Banking, Risk, Controls, Compliance, Operational Excellence, or Data Management.
