Lead AI-driven transformation of Planning, Material Fulfilment, Logistics, Material flow, and inventory to optimize supply chain operations and deliver measurable business value.
Develop and execute AI and innovation roadmaps, implement projects involving AI/ML, Generative AI, Computer Vision, IoT, and Digital Twins to improve inventory, reduce costs, mitigate risks, and enhance operational performance.
Establish KPIs, collaborate cross-functionally, manage governance and change, and promote AI adoption and innovation culture within MP&L functions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Analytics, IT, or related field; Master's preferred.
8-12 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Material Planning, and Logistics.
Proven experience delivering AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation in manufacturing or automotive environments.
Work Experience Required: 8-12 years in relevant fields.
